Personalised texts/images that you provide if related to a custom made item e.g. a personalised gift.
Your order greeting message.
Payment details (We accept all major credit cards).

We process your data so we can fulfil your order. We will not keep your personal data for longer than is necessary.

We will retain the personal data you provided on registering an account on our website so long as the account remains in existence. You are responsible for the data provided and the security of the account/registration in which you create. If you tell us at anytime that you no longer want to have an account, then we will delete your personal details from our records.

In the case of any contact that you may have with A Token of Thoughts customer service department, we will retain those details for as long as necessary to resolve your query and for a short time after the query is closed.

When your order is being dispatched, we will need to share some of your personal data (name, address, telephone number) with An Post - who we use to deliver the products to you. Other than this, we will not share your personal details with anyone else without prior consent from you.

If we decide to share the product we created for you on our website/social media, we will always obtain permission from you first. We will hold this data for as long as needed.

Approval

A Token of Thought will email you for approval of your creation. Once we receive your approval you have committed/accepted all liability for any mistakes made. Once the creation of the product has begun it cannot be changed.

Deliveries

All products and creations are made to order and dispatched within three to five working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We will inform you when your product has been dispatched.

There is a flat rate charge of €1.25 for card deliveries, €3.50 for mouse mat, pack of invites or pack of cards and for all other items there is a flat rate charge of €6.00. These prices are for delivery within Ireland. We also offer pick up from our studio in Listowel which is free of charge.

We use An Post to deliver our products. Please refer to the An Post website for delivery times.

If you do need a product in a hurry please do contact us by email at atokenofthought@gmail.com and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders on time however at times these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our control. In this event we will contact you and inform you of such delays.

Returns & Refunds

If there is a reason you need to return an item, we aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We offer a fourteen working day money back guarantee. Personalised gifts are excluded from this guarantee. Refunds will exclude original postage charge. Refunds will be processed within forty eight hours and may take a few days to appear in your bank account.

We always try to ensure that our products are sent our in perfect condition. However due to situations beyond our control (your product gets damaged during delivery) your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged product or your product is wrong please contact us at atokenofthought@gmail.com as soon as possible or within forty eight hours of receipt of your order. We will look into the problem and get back to you with a response within twenty four working hours. To help us to respond quickly please try to include as much information in your email as possible

Should you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by emailing atokenofthought@gmail.com with your order details. If your order included a personalised product and we have started to create it for you unfortunately we will not be able to give a refund. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will refund you within seven working days of notifying us. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to return the item to us. You will incur the delivery cost. Once we have received the product, unused, we will refund you within seven working days.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, you can make changes to your order and we suggest that you contact us immediately before items are dispatched. If your order has been dispatched we will be unable to change your order. Due to the nature of most of our products being personalised, if your product has been printed we will be unable to change your order so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

What do I do if I have issues with my order?

What is your return policy?

We offer a fourteen day return policy. Personalised gifts are not included in this. Please see Return and Refunds for more information.
